Mobile (Traveling) Notary Services

A Mobile Notary or Traveling Notary will travel to meeting clients to provide in-person notary services. Notary charges $10 for the first stamp + travel fees.

Remote Online Notary (RON)

Utilizing a Remote Online Notary (RON) allows you to have your documents notarized conveniently from the comfort of your home or office. Remote online notarizations are convenient and reduce your expenses without the need to pay for travel time. A computer or mobile phone with a strong internet connection is required.

Notary Signing Agent

Notary Signing Agents certify loan documents. Lenders and related businesses hire these notaries to identify loan documents and obtain the necessary signatures.

Perform Marriage Ceremony

Florida Notaries may perform a marriage ceremony providing the couple first obtain a marriage license from an authorized Florida official and may only perform a ceremony within the geographical boundaries of Florida.

Additional Fees (Online Notary):

*All parties are required to present proper state or government identification. A list of acceptable ID can be found here. Be certain that your documents have been completely filled out, but DO NOT SIGN any documents before meeting with our notary public. If the notary has to wait on a document to be completed, an additional fee of $1 per minute will be assessed. Our notaries are not attorneys licensed to practice law in the State of Florida, and may not give legal advice or accept fees for legal advice. If a witness(s) is required, you have the option of providing your own witness(s). Otherwise, K & A Consultants can provide a witness(s) with advance notice for an addition fee of $20 per witness. We provide mobile and online notary services and do not maintain a physical office location.
